天穏・無窮天穏は地元愛知県一宮市出身の小島達也杜氏が、

伝統的な出雲杜氏の技法である「山陰吟醸造り」を継承し、

小島流ともいえる技法で指揮を執り造られるお酒で

「御神酒のような清らかで優しい味わい」が楽しめます。

味に奥深さがありしまね和牛とよく合います。

「玉鋼」とは日本刀の原料である和鉄の名称。奥出雲地方にのみ古来より伝承される製鉄法「たたら製鉄」によって造られる鋼の名前を冠しています。

島根県内弊社契約栽培園の甲州種、マスカット・ベーリーA種使用。2種類のぶどうを別々に醗酵および貯蔵管理し、熟成したものをブレンドしました。ほのかな果実香、すっきりとした後味、やや甘口のワインです。
