Terms and Conditions for Overnight Stay

  • (Scope of application)
    Article 1 Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by the hotel (kan) with guests shall be as stipulated in this agreement, and matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be established by law or in general. It shall be based on the customs made.
    2 If the hotel (kan) accepts a special contract to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, the special contract shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

    (Applying for an accommodation contract)
    Article 2 Those who intend to apply for an accommodation contract at the hotel (building) are requested to inform the hotel (building) of the following matters.
    (1) Guest name
    (2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
    (3) Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the basic accommodation charges in Attached Table 1.)
    (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel (building)
    2 If the guest requests to continue staying beyond the staying date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the hotel (kan) will assume that a new accommodation contract has been applied at the time of the request. To process.

    (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
    Article 3 The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel (kan) accepts the application set forth in the preceding article.However, this does not apply when the hotel (kan) proves that it has not consented.
    2 When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel (kan) will specify the application fee set by the hotel (kan) up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days). Payment will be made by the date.
    3 The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest should finally pay, and in the event that the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the application fee will be applied in the order of penalty and then compensation.     (Special contract that does not require payment of application fee)
    Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the hotel (kan) may accept a special contract that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the contract is concluded.
    2 In accepting the application for the accommodation contract, if the hotel (kan) does not request payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the due date for payment of the application fee, the special provision set forth in the preceding paragraph will be met. Treat as a thing.

    (Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)
    Article 5 The hotel (kan) may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
    (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
    (2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy (members).
    (3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may act in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good manners and customs regarding accommodation.
    (4) When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c).

    (8) When it is not possible to stay overnight due to a natural disaster, facility failure, or other unavoidable reason.
    (9) When the case falls under the provisions of Article 6 of the Shimane Prefecture Ryokan Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
  • (Right to cancel the contract of the guest)
    Article 6 The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel (building).
    2 If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (the hotel (kan) will pay the application fee according to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2). Except when the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment when the guest requests the payment by designating.)     Article 7 The hotel (kan) may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

    (2) When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c).

     (B) When a gang or a gang member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities

    (4) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
    (5) When a violent request for accommodation is made or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
    (6) When it is not possible to stay overnight due to reasons such as natural disasters caused by force majeure.
    (7) When the case falls under the provisions of Article 6 of the Shimane Prefecture Ryokan Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
    (8) Tobacco sleeping in the bedroom, mischief against firefighting equipment, and other prohibited items of the usage rules established by the hotel (building) (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).) When not obeyed.
    2   When the hotel (kan) cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services that have not yet been provided.

    (Accommodation registration)
    Article 8 Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel (building) on the day of stay.
    (1) Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation
    (2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
    (3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
    (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel (building)
    2   If the guest intends to pay the charges under Article 12 by a method that can be used in place of currency such as travel checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, etc., they must be presented in advance at the time of registration set forth in the preceding paragraph.

    (Room usage time)
    Article 9 Guests can use the guest rooms of the hotel (building) from 3:00 pm to 10:00 the next morning.However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except the arrival date and departure date.
    2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel (kan) may accept the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph.
    In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.
    (1) 30% of the room charge up to 3 hours
    (2) 60% of the room charge up to 6 hours
    (3) 100% of the room charge for over 6 hours
    3 The amount equivalent to the room charge in the preceding paragraph shall be 70% of the basic accommodation charge.

    (Compliance with usage rules)
    Article 10 Guests are required to comply with the usage rules established by the hotel (building) and posted in the hotel (building) within the hotel (building).
  • (Opening Hours)
    Article 11 The business hours of the main facilities of the hotel (building) are as follows, and the detailed business hours of other facilities will be announced in the pamphlets provided, notices in various places, service directories in the guest rooms, etc.

    (Payment of charges)
    Article 12 The breakdown of accommodation charges, etc. payable by the guest shall be as listed in Attached Table 1.
    2 Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph was requested at the time of departure of the guest or by the hotel (kan) by currency or a travel check, accommodation voucher, credit card, etc. approved by the hotel (kan). At that time, you will be asked to go to the front desk.
    3 Even if the guest does not voluntarily stay after the hotel (kan) has provided the guest room and made it available, the accommodation fee will be charged.

    (Responsibility of our hotel)
    Article 13 The hotel (kan) will compensate the guest for damages in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or in the event of damage to the guest due to their failure.However, this does not apply if it is not due to a reason attributable to the hotel (kan).
    2 Our hotel (building) has inn liability insurance in order to deal with fires.

    (Handling when the contracted guest room cannot be provided)
    Article 14 If the hotel (kan) cannot provide the contracted guest room to the guest, it shall arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible with the consent of the guest.
    2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel (kan) will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty if other accommodation facilities cannot be arranged, and the compensation fee will be applied to the damage compensation amount.However, we will not pay the compensation fee if there is no reason to blame the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room.

    (Handling of deposits, etc.)
    Article 15 In the event of loss, damage, or other damage to the goods, cash, or valuables deposited by the guest at the front desk, the hotel (kan) will be responsible for any damages, unless it is force majeure. I will compensate for the damage.However, for cash and valuables, if the hotel (kan) requests a declaration of the type and value, and the guest does not do so, the hotel (kan) will be 150,000 yen. We will compensate for the damage up to the limit.
    2 Items, cash, and valuables that the guest brought into the hotel (building) that were not deposited at the front desk were lost or damaged due to intentional or negligence of the hotel (building). In the event of damage, the hotel will compensate for the damage.However, if the guest does not declare the type and price in advance, the hotel (kan) will damage the damage up to 150,000 yen unless the hotel (kan) has intentional or gross negligence. I will compensate you.

    (Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings)
    Article 16 If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel (kan) prior to the accommodation, it will be stored responsibly only if the hotel (kan) consents before the arrival, and the guest will be responsible for storing it at the front desk. You will receive it when you check in at.
    2 If the guest's baggage or personal belongings are left behind at the hotel (building) after the guest checks out, and the owner is identified, the hotel (building) will contact the owner. And ask for instructions.However, if there is no instruction from the owner or if the owner is unknown, it will be stored for 7 days including the date of discovery, and then delivered to the nearest police station.
    3 In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the responsibility of the hotel (kan) for the storage of the guest's baggage or personal belongings shall be in the case of paragraph 1 in the case of paragraph 1 of the preceding article, and in the case of the preceding paragraph. It shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
  • (Parking responsibility)
    Article 17 When a guest uses the parking lot of the hotel (building), the hotel (building) rents the place regardless of the deposit of the vehicle key, and the vehicle We do not take responsibility for management.However, in managing the parking lot, if the hotel (building) intentionally or negligently causes damage, we will be liable for the compensation.

    (Guest responsibility)
    Article 18 If the hotel (kan) suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the guest, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel (kan) for the damage.

  • Remark 1 The basic accommodation fee depends on the price list posted on the front desk.

Facility usage rules

  • In order for our customers to use this facility safely and comfortably, we have established the following usage rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Contract, and we ask for your cooperation.
    If you do not comply, we will be forced to refuse your accommodation or use of the facilities in this facility, and in some cases you may be liable for damages, so please be especially careful.

    ■Matters to be observed for fire prevention
    1. Please refrain from smoking in places that are likely to cause a fire (sleeping cigarettes, walking in this facility).
    2. Please do not bring firearms and irons for heating and cooking into the guest room.
    3. Please refrain from other acts that may cause a fire.

    ■Matters to be observed for security
    1. Please check the lock on the section that comes out of your room during your stay.
    2. When you go out of the building, please leave your key at the front desk.
    3. Please refrain from meeting with visitors in the guest room.
      Please use the lobby or lounge for visits.
    4. Please refrain from mischief of firefighting equipment as it will hinder the maintenance of safety.

    ■Handling of valuables, stored items and lost items
    1. The safe in the guest room is provided for your convenience, but it is a simple one, so please be sure to leave the key to the front desk for cash and valuables to prevent accidents.
    2. Please note that we will not be able to compensate for any damages caused by loss or damage without depositing cash, valuables, etc. during your stay at the front desk.

    ■About payment
    1. Please present your guest room key when using the bar in the facility with a signature.
      We do not accept advance payments for tickets, taxis, stamps, shipping charges, etc. for various vehicles.
    2. Please understand that we may ask for a deposit upon arrival due to circumstances.

    ■Other matters to be observed
    1. Regardless of your occupation, we do not allow anyone with tattoos or tattoos (including stickers) to use the public bath.
    2. Anything that may disturb other guests, dogs, cats, small birds or other animals in this facility.
      Please refrain from bringing in ignitable or flammable items, items that emit a foul odor, or other items that are prohibited by law.
    3. Please do not make loud voices, singing songs, noisy acts, blows, morals, acts that disturb public order, or words or actions that disturb other customers in this facility.
    4. Please do not use the guest rooms, lobby, etc. for other purposes such as business activities (exhibition, advertisement, promotion, sale, etc.) without the permission of this facility.
    5. Please refrain from significantly changing the current status of facilities and equipment in this facility, or using it for any other purpose.
    6. Please do not display or leave items on the window side of the guest room, on the balcony, in the corridor, or in the lobby.
    7. Be sure to stop the hot water supply after using the bath or washroom.
      Please note that if you let it overflow, the next room and basement may be damaged.
    8. Please refrain from entering the museum with clogs, rubber boots, etc.
    9. Please understand that we do not allow minors to stay without the permission of their parents.
    10. We ask for your cooperation in saving electricity and water in order to use energy carefully.
